Information for transit passengers

From now until 31 March 2020, 23.59 hrs. (Thailand local time), the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand give special exemption to the recent guideline for air operators (dated 19 March 2020) for all foreign passengers with the following conditions:

1. The passenger has to transit Thailand to another third country and with the transit time no more than 24 hours; and2. Upon check-in, the passenger has to show fit-to-fly health certificate in order to be allowed to be on board by air operator(s).3. The exempted passenger will be required to be in the designated transit areas and strictly comply with the disease control measures applicable at the airport of transit in Thailand.

Please note that this special exemption is for foreign “transit” passengers only. For passengers whose destination is Thailand, they still have to comply with the Notification on Practical Guideline for Air Operators Performing Flights into the Kingdom of Thailand dated 19 March 2020, detailed as follows:
