Ambassador and the embassy staff attened the annual summer festival at Wat Santinivas (Haninge).

          On Saturaday 27 August 2022, Wat Santinivas in Haninge organised its annual summer festival and the Thai Mothers’Day celebration on the occasion of 90th birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. The festival was well attended by Thai communities and Swedish family and friends. Ambassador Kanchana Patarachoke and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm also took part in the activities.

          Apart from Buddhist merit making ceremony, the festivities included Thai performances and dances, selling of Thai food and products, Thai massage, charity and lucky draw bazaar, as well as 11 matches of thaiboxing competition, etc.

          It was a full day of merit making, happiness and joy. Anumodhana everyone!
