หลักฐานประกอบการหย่า

  1. หนังสือสัญญาหย่า (ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ และลงลายมือชื่อทั้งสองฝ่าย) (คลิกที่นี่เพื่อดาวน์โหลด)
  2. ใบคำร้องขอจดทะเบียนหย่า (คลิกที่นี่เพื่อดาวน์โหลด)
  3. ใบแสดงฐานะบุคคล(Personbevis)
  4. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของคู่หย่าทั้งสองฝ่าย
  5. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านและบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนไทยของคู่หย่าฝ่ายหญิง
  6. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือใบขับขี่สวีเดนของคู่หย่าฝ่ายชาย
  7. ทะเบียนสมรสตัวจริงของทั้งสองฝ่าย (หากไม่มีตัวจริงต้องมีหลักฐานใบแจ้งความจากสถานีตำรวจว่าทะเบียนสมรสตัวจริงสูญหาย)
  8. สูติบัตรไทยของบุตร หากคู่หย่ามีบุตรร่วมกัน (รวมทั้งบุตรที่อุปการะ)
  9. พยานบุคคล 2 คน พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาพาสปอร์ต (โดยพยานจะต้องมาเซ็นในวันที่นัดหมายจดทะเบียนหย่าด้วย)

  1. Completed form for divorce agreement. (Click here)
  2. Divorce application form. (Click here)
  3. Personbevis for both spouses.
  4. Copy of passport for both spouses.
  5. Copy of Thai-ID and house registration certificate.
  6. Copy of Swedish ID or driving license.
  7. Thai marriage certificates from both (Original) If you do not have the original, you must report the loss to the police and send with the report.
  8. Thai  birth certificate of a child, if the divorced couple has children together (including adopted children)

  9. Two witnesses are required, each with a copy of their national ID card or passport. (both witnesses must be present on the scheduled date to sign the divorce registration)
