The Royal Thai Embassy attened the Asalha Puja and Buddhist Lent ceremony at Wat Siamminmangkalaram Sweden in Norrköping.

          On 9 July 2022, Minister Counsellor Thanida Menasavet, on behalf of Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, together with staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm attended the Asalha Puja and Buddhist Lent ceremony at Wat Siamminmangkalaram Sweden in Norrköping. The Embassy team met with the Thai communities in and nearby Norrköping who came to the temple to make merits. Minister Counselor Thanida also answered consular questions relating to mobile consular services in Norrkoping on 30 July, 2022, passport making, and traveling to Thailand, for example.

          Wat Siamminmangkalaram has been a spiritual anchor for Thais and Swedes in Norrkoping for many years under the active leadership of Phrakhru Phawanaworasith or Luangta Nhoi and the support of the Thai communities and their Swedish families.
